I have been doing Charity Jobs for a while now but I will never forget my first one. I really did not know what to expect and was so inexperienced but I really wanted to do my part. The other people that I worked with were all very supportive and the atmosphere was unlike anything that I had ever experienced at any workplace. It really felt like a group of friends that had united around a common cause. We also had the sense that we were working tirelessly for the greater good. It might sound very idealistic but that was just my impression of the situation. Working with charities really is an experience unlike any other and if you have not tried it yet I can definitely recommend it. While not everyone has the time to spare, it is something that I think should be done at least once in your life.
